Genting Rewards

1. Information obtained by the Resorts World Catskills Genting Rewards is only for casino and affiliate company purposes, as designated by Resorts World Catskills; Montreign Operating Company, LLC; and Empire Resorts, Inc.
(the “Company”).
2. Members, officers, and employees (and their spouses, siblings, children and/or other dependents living in the same residence) of: The New York State Gaming Commission (“NYSGC”); the Company; Monticello Raceway Management, Inc.; Empire Resorts Real Estate I, LLC; Empire Resorts Real Estate II, LLC; Bally Gaming Systems; Aristocrat; MGT; IGT; Konami; Everi; Spielo; SDG; and Multimedia Games are not eligible to participate in Resorts World Catskills Genting Rewards membership.
3. Offers void where prohibited or restricted.
4. For table games, it is the member’s responsibility to provide their card to table games management to properly capture play.
5. For slot play, members must insert their Resorts World Catskills Genting Rewards card to capture play and accumulate points. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that the card is properly inserted and accepted for play.
6. Management reserves the right to revoke, modify, or revise the qualifications at any time without notice.
7. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented to initiate any Genting Rewards card transactions, including initial card issuance, additional or replacement cards, or redeeming points.
8. The named card holder can only use the card, and redemption requires presentation of valid photo identification and/or use of a player selected PIN.
9. Points can be accumulated on a card only by the member to whom Resorts World Catskills issued the card and whose name appears on the card.
10. Each member is strictly prohibited from authorizing or allowing any person to accumulate points in any manner on a card(s) issued to that member.
11. Points accumulated as a result of unauthorized use of a member card are not valid and cannot be redeemed, including by the member who was issued the card.
12. The Company is not responsible for operational errors or malfunctions with respect to the Resorts World Catskills Genting Rewards, including defective cards.
13. The Company reserves the right to revise or cancel the Resorts World Catskills Genting Rewards program in whole or in part, at any time, without notice.
14. This includes modifying or discontinuing the availability of items available within the program as rewards and/or the number of points required to qualify for rewards.
15. The Resorts World Catskills Genting Rewards accounts with no activity for 6 consecutive months will be considered inactive. Unredeemed points may be forfeited.
16. If a player self-excludes from Resorts World Catskills or is excluded from membership by the Company, the Resorts World Catskills Genting Rewards membership will be canceled immediately; any points accumulated may be forfeited and all marketing and promotional communications will discontinue.
17. By participating in the Resorts World Catskills Genting Rewards, members agree to accept all rules, terms, and conditions of this program.
18. The Resorts World Catskills Genting Rewards card is available for use at Resorts World Catskills only.
19. By completing and submitting the application form, Resorts World Catskills will consider the Genting Rewards Members have irrevocably and unconditionally agreed, consented, allowed and authorized:

(a) that the Personal Data to be held and stored in a database system managed by Resorts World Catskills and/or its agents;
(b) Resorts World Catskills, without further notice to the Genting Rewards Card Members, to disclose the Personal Data to its holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, business partners, related organizations, owners or managers of other membership programs and/or to the Other Properties (“Affiliates”) to use and process the same for the purposes stipulated herein;
(c) Resorts World Catskills’ to use, process, share, disclose, transfer or deal with the Personal Data in whatever manner for general business, promotional and marketing purposes; including but not limited to fulfilling Genting Rewards Card Members’ requests, recognition and acceptance of Genting Rewards Card Members’ in Other Properties, to facilitate various services to Genting Rewards Card Members, to improve the Program, to create more opportunities for Genting Rewards Card Members to enjoy the Genting Rewards Card Program, to follow up with feedback, to extend special benefits and offers to Genting Rewards Card Members, marketing planning, product development, telemarketing promotions, SMS text messaging, direct mail, email/eblasts, surveys or research and other marketing programs or activities which Resorts World Catskills and/or the Other Properties believe are likely to benefit Genting Rewards Card Members, for the purpose of disclosure under the law or any court order or other governmental or regulatory bodies or such other purposes as Resorts World Catskills shall reasonably deem fit.
