Wester is a brother and sister country music duo comprised of Pearl Clarkin and Rafe Wester. They pack a fun, fresh, and explosive punch for the country music audience. Pearl brings the glitter, Rafe brings the grit and together they bring the party wherever they go. Pearl, who had been a solo artist with accolades such as being named a top unsigned artist by CMT, and having a song on top 50 radio on country music’s breakout chart, always wanted to bring her brother Rafe into the music world. Rafe Wester grew up with a resemblance to Randy Travis. People would ask, do you sing? During the quarantine of 2020, they formed their duo and have since been traveling the country performing and writing songs.

This concert fundraiser with free admission benefits The Sullivan County Veterans Coalition. There will be donation collections, a silent auction, and 50/50 raffle.
