Tom Green
Tom Green is a dedicated PGA Associate and the Head Golf Professional at The Monster Golf Club at Resorts World Catskills. A veteran of the U.S. Army and a former Detective with the New York City Police Department, he brings over six years of golf industry experience, including developing instruction and play programs. Tom is a certified U.S. Kids Golf Instructor, PGA.COACH/American Development Model certified, and a PGA HOPE Instructor, focusing on growing the game for all ages and skill levels.
Tom’s teaching philosophy is built upon the idea that the swing is like a fingerprint, and no two are the same. Tom looks to optimize the players’ abilities within the framework of their natural swing.
Lex Redding
Lex started his career in 2008 after graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from SUNY Cortland. He majored in Kinesiology and minored in Sports Studies. He is a PGA Associate in good standing with the PGA of America and is working towards becoming a PGA Member with an eye towards reaching Master Professional Status in the future. He is also a PGA Coach and certified with the PGA’s American Developmental Model (ADM).
One of Lex’s strengths is player development. His philosophy is to focus on the fundamentals of the game first. His swing theory is to put the student in as many neutral positions as possible so they can develop a mechanically sound swing. His love of coaching is exemplified through his volunteer work for various youth sports organizations in the area.
Lex is a life long resident of the Hudson Valley and lives in Kerhonkson with his wife and two sons. He and his family enjoy hiking, traveling, and watching live sporting events.
Patrick Boucher
Patrick Boucher is proud to join the team at the Monster Golf Club at Resort World Catskills. He is a member of the PGA of America with more than 20 years of experience in the golf industry. Patrick is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University and has spent most of his professional career in Connecticut. Patrick began his career working at several member-owned equity clubs in central Connecticut. He joined the Troon family in 2006 as an Assistant Golf Professional at Lake of Isles in North Stonington, Connecticut. He spent 7+ years at Lake of Isles honing his management skills and eventually serving as the club’s Director of Golf for 3 seasons. Patrick served as the Director of Club Operations at Troon managed Potomac Shores in Prince William County, Virginia. In his leadership role there he oversaw the start-up of the operation and built a very successful team of managers & associates for the Jack Nicklaus Signature Design. The club was recognized as one of the Top Ten New Courses in the Country by Golf Digest Magazine in 2015. Following his stay in Northern Virginia, Patrick served as General Manager at Potowomut Golf Club, a member-owned equity club in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. He joined the management team of Raritan Valley Country Club in December of 2017 and enjoyed 8 successful years overseeing the entire operation.
Patrick has had a passion for the club business for as long as he can remember. His father and uncle were both PGA members. He prides himself as a hands-on manager with strong team-building skills.
Patrick, his wife, Valerie, and their two young children, Aria and Nolan and currently make their home in Bridgewater, NJ.
