Underage Gambling & Unattended Children

We care about preventing underage gambling.

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. It is unlawful for any individual under 21 years of age to (i) enter or remain in any area where gaming is conducted and (ii) wager, play or attempt to play a slot machine or table game. Individuals violating this prohibition will be removed and may be subject to arrest and criminal prosecution.

Parents should never leave a child unattended. If you observe an unattended child/children, please notify a staff member immediately. If we are unsuccessful in our efforts to reunite the child with the parent or responsible adult, we will contact the police department and/or the Office of Children and Family Services and release the child/children to their care.

If you observe any questionable situations anywhere on Resorts World Catskills property, please notify a staff member immediately.
