Resorts World Catskills
Resorts World Catskills is adding another option to its already sizable events arsenal. The resort opened in 2018 as a 332-key main tower and an adjacent, 105-room boutique hotel called The Adler. In September, it unveiled a brand-new ballroom, adding 5,700 square feet of event space to its existing 48,000-square-foot inventory. The new space joins a lineup that runs the gamut from massive to decidedly unconventional. The property’s centerpiece, the Epicenter, spans 26,250 square feet and can accommodate up to 2,500 guests, with the flexibility to divide the space into eight distinct configurations. For smaller gatherings, meeting rooms ranging from 600 to 900 square feet can be combined to create 4,922 square feet of contiguous space. Groups can also take their gatherings outside with a 15,000-square-foot backyard setup, to the 1,473-square-foot Butterfly Beach Bar, indoor and outdoor patios, or the Clubhouse Deck at the on-site Monster Golf Course.
