New York’s newest and closest integrated casino resort ranks in the top 10 of the 2019 USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards for “Best Casino Outside of Las Vegas” and “Best Casino Restaurant”
MONTICELLO, N.Y. (September 29, 2019) – USA Today’s 10Best series ranked Resorts World Catskills Casino Resort, New York’s newest and closest integrated casino resort to Manhattan, as the 7th best casino outside of Las Vegas and its flagship restaurant, Cellaio, was selected as the 5th best casino restaurant in the country.
10Best editors and travel experts selected the initial 20 nominees in contests covering restaurants, lodging, destinations, travel gear, and things to do. Throughout a two week voting process, the 10Best editors left it up to the public with the top 10 winners were determined by popular vote.

Cellaio, an Italian inspired steakhouse, features a menu curated by the acclaimed chef Scott Conant. The restaurant serves the finest USDA 100% Certified Black Angus beef, dry aged on-site for 21-28 days with a bountiful raw bar selection. It is also well-known for its antipasti, market salads and fresh handmade pastas made in-house daily, as well as its expansive wine list of over 500 varieties.
