Resorts World Catskills Recognized as Winner of 2025 Hudson Valley Community’s Choice Award

Resorts World Catskills has been recognized as the winner of the 2025 Hudson Valley Community’s Choice Award in the Casino category. The award, determined entirely by local community nominations and votes, celebrates the Hudson Valley’s most beloved businesses and organizations across more than 140 categories.

“Resorts World Catskills is honored to be recognized by the Hudson Valley community with this prestigious award,” said Meghan Taylor, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Relations. “This recognition reflects our dedication to being a trusted partner in Sullivan County and our commitment to exceptional experiences for our guests. We are grateful to our neighbors for their continued support and look forward to serving the region for years to come.”

The Hudson Valley Community’s Choice Awards puts the power in the hands of local residents to recognize their favorite establishments, from trendy hotspots to hidden gems throughout the region. The awards program highlights businesses that make the Hudson Valley area stand out and honors those that have made a meaningful impact on the community.

RWC’s recognition comes off of another big year for Monticello’s most exciting destination. Last year, the casino-resort topped U.S. News & World Best Hotels in The Catskills list. Since its opening in 2018, RWC has been a boon for tourism in Sullivan County – restoring the once famous “Borscht Belt” to its original glory with 21st century offerings. That includes the transformed Monster Golf Club, one of the longest courses in the United States, as well as world-class entertainment. Performers already on the docket for 2026 include Saturday Night Live’s Colin Jost, Theresa Caputo of Lifetime’s Long Island Medium and various artists performing at our matinee shows through the end of this year.
