Diners Can Take Advantage of Prix-Fixe Menus at Cellaio and Lotus Restaurants
Monticello, NY – Resorts World Catskills today announced it’s taking part in Spring Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, which runs now through Sunday, May 23. Cellaio, its Italian inspired steakhouse with a menu curated by the acclaimed chef Scott Conant and Lotus, which combines elegance with a truly inspired menu of authentic Chinese delicacies in a fine dining atmosphere, are two of the more than 100 restaurants throughout the Hudson Valley offering special menus.
Guests can enjoy a three-course dinner at either restaurant for $35.95. Beverages, tax, and gratuity aren’t included. Cellaio’s prix-fixe menu will be available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. It’s offering a pasta supplement for an additional cost, as well as an optional three-course wine pairing for an additional $20. Lotus’ menu is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays. Lotus is known for using only the finest, freshest ingredients for flavorful and delicate culinary creations like veggie spring rolls, shrimp dumplings and sweet and sour pork. Cellaio’s broiled petite filet is USDA 100% Certified Black Angus Beef, dry aged for 21-28 days. You can start with a little gem Caesar salad or creamy polenta ‘boscaiola.’ And don’t forget to finish things off with matcha green tea gelato or yuzu lemon sorbet at Lotus or butterscotch budino or mascarpone cheesecake at Cellaio.
Interested diners are strongly encouraged to make a reservation. Wearing a mask is mandatory until guests are seated at their table.
Also this month at Resorts World Catskills, the “Go Topless! BMW 430i Giveaway.” For every 25 points a guest earns, they’ll receive one entry in the giveaway, scheduled for Monday, May 31 at 2:00 p.m. On that day, players can swipe at any promotional kiosk or be playing on their favorite machine by 1:45 p.m. for their chance to GO TOPLESS! Players must be present to win.
