Dan McKnight – Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar: Dan has been playing in bands since 1993. His first band was “The Basement Boys” where they put together the band to go out and to start having fun. And they did! Dan then formed “The Copycats” which played from 1994-2007. After that it was “TimeBomb” and then he formed “Rock Slyde” which is going on its 8th year now and still going strong. Dan is also sings and plays rhythm in (/Hl-5″ and sings and plays bass in “The Sugarbeats”.
Chuck Sulewski- Keyboards-vocals. Chuck played in his high school jazz band and did open mic events from 2011- 2017. Chuck is the newest addition to “Rock Slyde” and is a perfect fit.
Bill Conyea – Lead Guitar, Vocals. With over 30 years of experience, Bill has been an active figure in the Hudson Valley music scene, playing guitar in numerous bands and delivering powerful performances across the region. Some notable bands he’s been a part of include The Generators, Billy Sunday, The Sugar Beats, and Rock Slyde. Bill’s guitar playing is deeply influenced by legends like Jimi Hendrix, Robert Johnson, Trey Anastasio, and Arlen Roth. His music, influenced by a blend of early blues, country and contemporary rock styles, resonates with listeners and reflects a deep emotional connection to his playing.
Charlie started playing bass when he was 14 years old. By 16, he was in his first bar band called Thunder Road. In the 90’s he played The Chance numerous times with an original band called The Avengers, opening up for NRBQ and Mojo Nixon. When Rock Slyde came calling last summer, it was time to start rockin’ again!
