Dan McKnight-Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar: Dan has been playing in bands since 1993. His first band was “The Basement Boys” where they put together the band to go out and to start having fun. And they did! Dan then formed “The Copycats” which played from 1994-2007. After that it was “TimeBomb” and then he formed “RockSlyde” which is going on its 8t h year now and still going strong. Dan is also sings and plays rhythm in (/Hl-5″ and sings and plays bass in “The Sugarbeats”.

Lou Cappa-Vocals and Bass. Lou’s music career started at age 12. He played in multiple cover bands until college. He then started The Zone”, a Westchester based college band. After a short break, he started his original band. Some of his songs were recorded and engineered by pop chart #1 hit holder, Vaughn Mason. He played in famous venues such as the ” Fore N Aft”, CBGB, The Rising Sun, Gullys and Rory Dolans. In the early 2,000’s, he played in a popular Orange/Westchester county band, “Dirty Wanita”. They were regulars at Gullys and playing the crazy “McLean Ave Irish club scene in Yonkers including Rory Dolans. He currently plays in two local popular bands, “RockSlyde” and “Hl-5”.

Michael Pettit-Lead vocals, Drums. Michael has been playing drums and singing in bands covering the tristate are for 30 years. Some of the more successful bands he HAS PLAYED IN ARE “Thunder Road”, “Special Effects”, “The Generators”, “The Untouchables” and “The SugarBeats”. One of the highlights of his career was when “The Sugarbeats” played on the same bill as “Eric Burden”. Michaels influences are Bill Buford, Billy Cobham, Clem Burke, and Ringo. He says,” drumming, keeps him young”!

Pete Westcott-Lead Guitar-backing vocals. Pet started playing guitar in the 80’s, mostly self- taught. Pete played in some local bands on Long Island. He took a long break from playing. He has now been in “RockSlyde”  for  4 years and in “Hl-5” for two years.

Chuck Sulewski-Keyboards-vocals. Chuck played in his high school jazz band and did open mic events from 2011- 2017. Chuck is the newest addition to “RockSlyde” and is a perfect fit.
