Monticello, NY – Resorts World Catskills announced today two of its restaurants are once again offering special prix-fix menus as part of Fall Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, running now through Sunday, November 20. This year, Cellaio, its Italian inspired steakhouse, and Lotus, which combines elegance with a truly inspired menu of authentic Chinese delicacies in a fine dining atmosphere, are both also offering exciting new updates to their existing menus.
Celebrity Chef Scott Conant’s curated menu at Cellaio now offers “daily additions,” including lasagna Bolognese and Tuscan fried chicken. Its Restaurant Week menu is available on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Entrée choices include a broiled petite filet, a roasted chicken or whole Beaverkill trout. Cellaio is also offering a pasta supplement for $14, as well as an optional three-course wine pairing for an additional $25 per person. Conant will be in town on Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13. Book a table before 9:00 p.m. to catch him in action!
Lotus’ new menu items include a bacon shrimp roll, bird nest crab meat soup and golden Maine lobster. Its pescatarian-friendly Restaurant Week menu, featuring stir-fried shrimp and scallops and Sichuan salmon among other delicious dishes, is available on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.
Guests can enjoy a three-course dinner at either restaurant for $44.95. Beverages, tax, and gratuity are not included. Interested diners are strongly encouraged to make a reservation.
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is sponsored by Valley Table Magazine. More than 130 restaurants from Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester counties and beyond are taking part in the two-week culinary event, which positions the Hudson Valley as a culinary capital of the Northeast.
