Diners can enjoy delicious prix-fix menus at Cellaio and Lotus
Monticello, NY – Resorts World Catskills announced today two of its restaurants are offering special menus as part of Fall Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, which runs now through Sunday, November 14.
Cellaio, its Italian inspired steakhouse with a menu curated by the acclaimed chef Scott Conant and Lotus, which combines elegance with a truly inspired menu of authentic Chinese delicacies in a fine dining atmosphere, join dozens of other restaurants throughout the Hudson Valley for the bi-annual event, which was rescheduled last year due to the pandemic.
Guests can enjoy a three-course dinner at either restaurant for $35.95. Beverages, tax, and gratuity are not included.
Cellaio’s prix-fix menu is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Entrée choices include its broiled petite filet, which is USDA 100% Certified Black Angus Beef, dry aged for 21-28 days. Cellaio is also offering a pasta supplement for $12, as well as an optional three-course wine pairing for an additional $20.
Lotus is known for using only the finest, freshest ingredients for flavorful and delicate culinary creations, such as shrimp dumplings, broccoli beef, and crispy mapo tofu. Its menu is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays.
Interested diners are strongly encouraged to make a reservation. As part of the Restaurant & Dining Guest Safety Pledge, participating restaurants are promising to take several steps to ensure the safety of guests.
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is sponsored by Valley Table Magazine. It was designed to promote the chefs, restaurants, ingredients, farmers, artisanal producers, winemakers, and purveyors based in the Hudson Valley region. Dating back to 2006, the event takes place every spring and fall and spans seven counties, including Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester.
